Forgiveness: It features an "extreme notch weighting" system. You can see the weighted "ears" on the back of the clubhead which move mass to the perimeter. This prevents the club from twisting on off-center hits.
Launch: The wide sole design acts like a "rudder" through the grass, helping the club get underneath the ball to launch it high—something usually difficult to achieve with a standard 5-iron.
The Shaft: It is fitted with the RCH 75i Graphite shaft (Regular Flex). This is a "mid-to-high launch" shaft, meaning it is designed to help you get more carry distance and a softer landing on the green.
